Note on Lebanese data: Lebanon's post-2019 economic crisis has fundamentally altered counterparty financial analysis. The official LBP rate is largely fictional, US-dollar deposits in Lebanese banks (known as 'lollars') are not freely accessible at par, and most substantial commerce operates in 'fresh' US dollars outside the formal banking system. Financial-statement interpretation requires substantial context.

Why verify a Lebanese company?

Lebanon's commercial environment requires interpretation against the post-2019 economic context: an official exchange rate unified in February 2024 (now broadly market-aligned), restricted US-dollar deposit access, sovereign default, and a substantial parallel cash economy. Standard financial-statement analysis is largely uninformative without that context. The value of an investigated report concentrates on current operating reality, beneficial ownership with sanctions screening (Hezbollah-related US designations make this particularly important), and confirmation of how the counterparty actually transacts and gets paid.
