How it works

From search to report: how it works

Every report is freshly assembled from current, in-country sources by our network of local agents. No subscription. No database scraping. Just verified business intelligence, delivered in English.

The process

Three steps from search to report

1. Search any company

Select the country and enter the company name. We confirm whether an online instant report is available or whether the report needs to be freshly investigated, and show you the price and turnaround before you pay.

2. We investigate in-country

For markets where fresh research is required, a local agent investigates the company using official registries, court records, regulatory databases and direct verification. Your identity stays confidential at every step.

3. Receive your report

Reports appear in your account as soon as they're ready, with an email notification. Every report is in English, includes a clear credit rating and risk indicator, and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Two report routes

What you get

Every report follows the same structure

Whether the report is researched in Shanghai, Istanbul or São Paulo, the output is consistent: a clear English document with the same sections in the same order. That means you can compare counterparties across markets directly.

The depth of each section reflects what is publicly available in the country. For markets with strong filing regimes, financial data is comprehensive. For markets with opaque filings, our agents supplement public records with in-country research and direct verification.

Our approach

Why fresh investigation, not database lookups

Many credit bureaus may rely on centralised databases alone. In developed markets that may suffice for most enquiries. However in emerging markets, data can be sparce, or years out of date, or simply wrong. Our approach and using local agents is different.

Local agents in every market

Our researchers are based in-country. They speak the language, understand the registry systems, and have direct access to local sources, including those that may not be easily accessible from other locations.

Current data, not archived

Every report draws from current filings and live verification. That matters most in markets where company status can change quickly, and where stale data leads to costly mistakes.

Coverage where others fail

We cover markets that mainstream bureaus avoid, including small economies, frontier markets, and jurisdictions where company filings are opaque or hard to access from outside.

Confidentiality

The subject company is never told you enquired

Whether the report is investigated by a local agent or sourced from an online registry, your identity is never disclosed to the company being checked. If our agents need to contact the subject company directly in order to verify information they will not be made aware of your identity in relation to the enquiry as we do not share enquirer details with local agents.
