Reports are priced in credits. Buy credits in advance and use them on any report in any country. Credits remain are valid for 12 months.

Each credit costs £9.99 plus VAT where applicable. Buy only the credits you need; the unit price remains the same at any quantity.

Valid 12 months

Credits remain on your account for 12 months from purchase. Use them to obtain any online or offline reports on any company at any time.

100% refund if not found

If we cannot locate the company you've requested, your credit is refunded in full to your account. You only pay for reports we successfully deliver.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. While you continue using the service, your account stays active and credits remain available.

What happens if the company can't be found?

Your credit is refunded in full to your account. You only pay for reports we successfully deliver.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. A VAT invoice is generated automatically when you purchase credits and is available to download from your account at any time.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

No. You pay only for the credits you buy. There are no monthly fees, minimum spends, or contracts.

Do you offer volume pricing for large accounts?

For accounts ordering 50+ reports per year, get in touch and we'll discuss a custom arrangement.
